So Long Bangkok, Hello Phuket - 8 July 2023

Jillian Scribs

Today started out slow. We had breakfast. Then packed up our stuff. Check out our fancy toilet panel. Plus, a phone right next to it.

We decided to get aroma massages. This time we were told to strip, put on fishnet panties, shower cap and a robe. I love my sister, but we are getting to know each other a little too well.

This massage was quite the experience. The ladies walked in and told us to take the robes off and lay down. We had a towel over our eyes the whole time. We got our massages, complete with me being crawled on and given wedgies to massage my buttocks. Afterward, as we were eating our mango sticky rice and tea, I was telling Jamie about my massage (hers was different). She was laughing so hard rice came out her nose.

We walked across the street to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant. They had buns, which looked like well buns.

We packed up and headed to the airport. Today we are flying to Phuket. I love these giant Roombas that the airports have.

Look what I found! There was a kiosk with all kinds of buns. How cute are these?? They were pork, obviously.

We flew Smile Airways to Phuket. We landed and got our baggage without issue. Finding our transfer was a little more difficult.

It was about a 45-minute drive to our hotel, The Nature Phuket. We added on a night, so we had a different room tonight, complete with our own hot tub. Just what you need when it's in the 90s and so humid, the walls are dripping. But still so cool.

We freshened up and went to the rooftop bar. We were in time for Happy Hour so we took full advantage.

FYI, don't order frozen drinks, while the taste so good, they melt too fast. We even made a friend.

Here's our route, but we flew not drove. Time for the hot tub, which wasn't hot. It was wonderful.
